CSM take great pride in the work assigned to us by our clients and we will always exceed expectations on all of our projects. We appreciate that on time completion is of critical importance and we foster co-operative relationships with main contractors, other contractors, as well as end users / residents.

Training and development is an important feature of our operation. All of our engineers are ECS or JIB registered, with a strong experience in MEP work.

Electrical Design Skills

Our extensive experience of undertaking MEP contracting enables us to provide sound engineering solutions for our projects. As installation engineers we tailor the design to suit the client’s specific requirements all in accordance with current wiring regulations and can help value engineer nearly any project.

CSM bring their wealth of knowledge to the design stage and are fully backed up with professional indemnity insurance.

We provide high quality AutoCAD drawings and use design programs such as Cymap / Relux and Amtech.

CSM Installations are committed to the highest standards of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality). This commitment is documented in specific policies and procedures.

Quality Management

We operate a highly developed Quality Management System, certificated to ISO9001:2015, and is externally audited annually. This is a live quality management system, which guides us through our work processes and supports us as we strive for continuous improvement.

The CSM management are active onsite and liaise regularly with the clients. Regular witness testing and sign offs are applied throughout our projects, to ensure the work is completed ‘right first time’.

At the operational level, all CSM staff are given a detailed induction. Thereafter staff are routinely advised on SHEQ, and where necessary provided with appropriate training. Examples are asbestos awareness, PASMA and IPAF, to ensure they can work safely on all of our clients’ sites.

Method statements and risk assessments are created for all of our works, in addition to regular toolbox talks so that site specific hazards are identified and mitigated.

CSM are accredited to the following organisations which carry out annual audits, so clients can be assured that we are complying with all relevant legislation and good practises.
